Fabio possesses extensive expertise in project management, design, and implementation, making him a valuable asset to any undertaking. His role as a project designer reflects his diverse interests, which span cultural, social, and environmental domains.
With a wealth of experience in both the commercial sector and non-profit organizations, he brings a comprehensive understanding of accounting principles to his work. Fabio earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and finance from the esteemed University of Cagliari, further bolstering his qualifications. Additionally, his previous managerial positions in student youth organizations and experience at the International Corporate Bank have honed his leadership and organizational skills. A native Italian speaker, he is also fluent in English, which enables an effective communication in diverse situations.
oliwia Zając
Oliwia is a skilled translator specializing in Italian and English to Polish translations. Her research focus revolves around cultural heritage preservation, social inclusion, and climate change, reflecting her passion for impactful contributions. She holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Italian studies and has pursued additional studies in Cognitive Sciences, familiarizing herself with the concepts of programming and artificial intelligence.
Her active participation in youth activities has equipped her with the necessary skills to start an empowerment pathway to become a competent facilitator/educator. A native Polish speaker, she demonstrates fluency in English and Italian, supplemented by a foundational understanding of Greek, Spanish and Norwegian expanding her cross-cultural communication abilities and enabling seamless communication across diverse teams and stakeholders.

Antonio is a highly skilled math and physics teacher at the high school level, bringing his expertise to educate and inspire students. In addition to his teaching role, he serves as an NFE (Non-Formal Education) Trainer, specializing in Youth, Adults, and Education Through Sports methodologies.
His areas of interest and expertise encompass the environment, waste management, recycling, mathematics, physics, and entrepreneurship. With a master’s degree in environmental engineering, Antonio’s knowledge is fortified by hands-on experience in recycling and waste management. His flexible profile seamlessly integrates his strong background in environmental protection and NFE methodology, enabling him to deliver comprehensive and engaging learning experiences. As a native Italian speaker, he communicates fluently in English, possesses an intermediate level in Spanish, and holds a basic understanding of Portuguese.

Daria is a professional with a diverse range of expertise. As a sociologist, psychologist, special education teacher, and student of sexology, she possesses a comprehensive understanding of human behavior and development. Her experience in the field of HR has provided her with valuable insights into fostering positive work environments and enhancing interpersonal dynamics.
She brings efficiency, organizational skills and attention to detail. She excels in working with people from different countries and cultures, leveraging her multicultural experiences to create inclusive and harmonious environments.
Daria has an experience organizing conferences and training programs focused on sexual education and neurodiversity thus fostering youth and adult development. Her fluency in English and native proficiency in Polish enable her to effectively communicate and engage with diverse audiences.
