Project Objectives
SEASON is a small-scale partnership aimed at up-skilling and empowering NEETs (aged 18-35) facing social and professional exclusion by sustainable entrepreneurship and promoting social inclusion. With this project we are aiming to provide competences to the designated target group, in order to lay the groundwork for increasing the employability factor of unemployed young adults while putting a specific focus on sustainability and promotion of social inclusion.
Activities Implemented
– Sustainable Entrepreneurship Workshop for Social Inclusion and Employability Resource Toolkit
– Sustainable Entrepreneurship and Social Inclusion Workshop
Project Outcomes
– Development of the entrepreneurial potential of at least 21 NEETs (aged 18-35);
– A platform developed used as sustainable entrepreneurship workshop resource toolkit;
– More than 2 social enterprises per participating countries are envisaged to be launched with mentorship & coaching support after the training;
– At least 1 social entrepreneurship ecosystem will be created and nursed even after the project lifecycle.
